By purchasing a ticket with Concert Buses Ireland, you agree to the following terms:

1. Tickets & Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and pick-up location stated at booking. Travel on alternative dates or services is not permitted. Passengers must arrive 15 minutes before departure.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made online or by phone.
  • Tickets are not sold by drivers.
  • E-tickets are sent to the provided email address after booking. Please check your inbox
  • (including spam/junk folders – sender: WordPress).

3. Changes & Cancellations

  • Amendments or cancellations incur a €5 administration fee per ticket.
  • No refunds are available within 7 days of the event.
  • If a concert is cancelled by the promoter, full refunds will be issued. If rescheduled, tickets
  • will be transferred to the new date.

4. Boarding Requirements

  • A valid QR code (sent by email after booking) must be presented to board.
  • Please check your inbox, including spam/junk folders (sender: WordPress).
  • Passengers are responsible for boarding the correct coach on both outbound and return
  • journeys.

5. Return Travel

  • Return journeys usually depart from the original drop-off point, but this may change due to traffic restrictions. Drivers will advise of any changes.

6. Arrival Times

  • Event arrival times are approximate. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please allow up to 90 minutes delay.

7. Minimum Numbers

  • Services may be cancelled or altered if minimum passenger numbers are not met.
  • Customers will be notified where possible.

8. Passenger Conduct

  • Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on board.
  • Hot food is not allowed. Cold snacks and soft drinks are permitted.
  • Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Passengers may be refused travel
  • with no refund.

9. Safety

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times where fitted.
  • Passengers leaving the bus without informing the driver do so at their own risk.

10. Luggage & Belongings

  • All property is carried at the owner’s risk. Do not leave belongings unattended on board.

11. Operators

  • We operate in conjunction with Murray & Son Coaches. Vehicles may carry their branding.

12. Other Conditions

  • Passengers must ensure their contact number is correct and accessible while boarding.
  • Passengers must return to the coach within 60 minutes of the event ending.
  • Coaches will depart promptly, and no refund will be given to those who miss the return
  • journey.
  • Drivers are not responsible for contacting individual passengers.
  • Standard conditions of carriage apply.
