Are there toilets on board?
Due to updated insurance policies, toilets are not available on the bus. However, there are stops at service stations en route, and drivers will accommodate reasonable requests for restroom breaks.
How do I find my pickup location?
Visit our Pick Up Points page for directions. We only pick up and drop off at the designated locations listed on our website.
Can I bring bags and backpacks?
Bags must be stored under the coach during transit and can remain there during the event. Note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
What if the concert ends later than expected?
We adjust our departure times for each event and strive to ensure all passengers return home safely, even if delays occur.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
We do not offer refunds.
Do you sell concert tickets?
No, we only sell tickets for bus transportation to the event.
When should I arrive at my pickup location?
Be at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before the departure time on your E-Ticket to ensure a smooth boarding process.
Can I drink alcohol on board?
Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the bus.
How do I find the coach after the concert?
The coach will depart from the same location where you were dropped off unless instructed otherwise. Contact us at 0419823652 if you need assistance.
Will the coach leave without me?
The coach will wait up to 30 minutes after the event ends. If you don’t return within that time, the coach may leave.
Can minors travel alone?
Passengers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund for your bus ticket.
